25 April Payment Dates for SASSA R370 Confirmed
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has announced the April 2025 payment schedule for the SRD grant. SASSA R370 grant processing starts from Friday, 25 April to Wednesday, 30 April 2025. All approved beneficiaries must check their SRD status before the 25 April payment dates for SASSA R370, and expect grant payments on the scheduled SASSA SRD payment dates.

For April 2025, SASSA has confirmed that SRD R370 payments distribution starts from 25 April to 30 April 2025. Beneficiaries of the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant can check their SASSA status online to verify approval for the month and ensure their grant payment commenced on the scheduled SASSA dates.
Now the SASSA R350 grant has been permanently increased to R370 per individual. The new amount will be paid directly into beneficiaries bank accounts on the announced SASSA payment dates. Once the SASSA SRD grant status is processed successfully for April 2025 financial support, SASSA funds take up to 2 days to reflect in the approved beneficiary’s account.
