SASSA OTP Code (One Time Pin)
- To obtain your SASSA OTP code, chat with the SASSA WhatsApp number 082 046 8553
- Open the chat and request your application reference number, also known as the Application ID.
- SASSA will send an OTP code to your registered phone number.
- Enter the OTP code you received when prompted to verify your identity.
- Once you verify your phone number using the SASSA OTP code, you will receive your SASSA reference number.
Remember, your cellphone number is the primary source for receiving verification OTPs. If you lose your registered phone number, you have the option to change SASSA phone number linked to your SASSA grant application.
